For our international customers, we use FedEx International Priority Service, known for its speed and reliability. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process, we take care of all the necessary import taxes and duties upfront, which will be included in your shipping charges. This approach helps us avoid any unnecessary delays at customs, ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Normally, the estimated transit time for International Priority is 2 to 3 days. (Not including the clearance process).

We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to info@topshinejewelry.com right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Top Shine Jewelry, we are dedicated to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return:
• Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original Top Shine tags and labels still attached, and in the original packaging along with the sales invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized items cannot be returned, including engraved or embossed products, special orders, and custom-made products.
• Discounted and sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. Return Approval:
• Before returning any item, you must receive return approval from our customer service team. Please contact us at info@topshinejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your return.
• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a Top Shine Jewelry return shipping label will not be accepted.
4. Exchanges:
• If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the existing item within 7 days of receiving your order following the abovementioned return process.
• Once we receive the returned product, you will make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Restocking Fees:
• A restocking fee of 4% will be applied to all returned domestic orders.
• A restocking fee of 6% will be applied to all returned international orders.
6. Delivery Charges:
• The delivery charges for returning the item must be paid by the customer. Shay Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the item.
7. Refunds:
• Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and you will be refunded using your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
• Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your item. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@topshinejewelry.com so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
