On the website, we have Size Guides for Rings, Bracelets, Bangles, and Necklaces. Each Size Guide explains very clearly, and you just need to follow it to find your jewelry size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods. For a complete list of accepted payment options, please refer to our payment information page.
How long will it take to ship my order after placing the order?
We will ship ready stock within 1 to 2 days and make-to-order Stock within 2 to 3 weeks. We use FedEx International Priority Service because of its speed and reliability. The estimated transit time is 2 to 7 days, depending on the ordering country. Delays in transit time are not the responsibility of Top Shine Jewelry.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You may also sign into your account on “topshinejewelry.com” to view your order fulfilment status.
Do we need to sign upon receiving the delivery?
Yes, we need a Direct Signature upon receiving the delivery.
What do I do if my order is lost?
We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact info@topshinejewelry.com immediately. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address and signed for, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?
Each piece of our jewelry undergoes an intensive quality control process before being sent to you. We encourage you to inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damage contact info@topshinejewelry.com.
If we want to return the product, what should we do?
We are dedicated to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Return:
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original Top Shine tags and labels still attached, and in the original packaging along with the sales invoices.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Customized items and engraved or embossed products cannot be returned.
Discounted and sales items are final sales and cannot be returned.
3. Return Approval:
Before returning any item, you must receive return approval from our customer service team. Please contact us at info@topshinejewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a return shipping label will not be accepted.
In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange a product, you must first return the existing item within 7 days of receiving your order following the above-mentioned return process. Once we receive the returned product, you will purchase the new item separately and adjust the different amount.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Sales tax is applied to the customers in Thailand. The international customer will pay import taxes and duties. The applicable tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
How will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
An electronic receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can also view and download your receipt from your account dashboard if you have created an account with us.
